We all learn to sleep as babies but life can cause problems with our sleep as we get older.  Whatever the cause of your initial sleep problems the answer is the same – we simply need to teach your body the habit of falling asleep again.  Traditionally this is done over 4-6 weeks with CBTi, or in clinical sleep labs, however we can now replicate those results in just two nights using intensive sleep retraining administered by our specialists coming to your home.

How it works

1. Free Phone Consultation

Our clinician will explain the process and go through the screening questionnaire to ensure you are medically suitable for the training

2. Night before the visit

You follow your personalised sleep routine as set by clinician

3. Training 

  • Our consultant will arrive in the evening and set up monitoring devices 
  • You will be asked to go to sleep at a certain time and the training will involve a ‘sleep disruption’ every half an hour.
  • This will continue for a 12 hour period whilst being monitored to ensure you are coping with the sleep training
  • The intensive routine will allow your brain to relearn how to sleep
  • Sleep should improve immediately.  

4. Follow Up

Our therapists will give you a step by step guide to ensuring that your new sleep habit are fixed for life
